I have been in private practice and supporting folks through challenges in well-being and mental health for 10+ years.

I hold a Masters in Counselling & Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto and a Life Coaching certification from George Brown College. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CPRO #007495).

I rely on three core, well-researched, evidenced-based approaches:
