​QTSA is virtual therapy group support queer and trans folks who are from a south asian lived experience, ages 20+, are residents of Ontario and may have experience with individual therapy.

Participants may expect to:
■ to reduce challenges with mental health
■ to develop skills to enhance well-being differently 
■ to increase sense of community and belonging.

DATES: Thursdays, Sept. 5, 19; Oct. 3, 17;  Nov. 7, 21;  Dec.5, 2024 | Jan. 9, 2025 : 8 sessions
TIME: 5:30pm to 7pm, 1.5 hours each

Queer & Now is a virtual therapy group about intimacy. The group is inclusive of those with lived experiences being queer and trans men who are racialized from the ages of 20 and up and have experience with individual therapy. Folks are expected to be residents of Ontario.

Participants may expect:
■ to explore what intimacy is and what gets in the way
■ to engage in a community to normalize and grow intimacies
■ to experiment with new ways of cultivating intimacy.

DATES: ​Tuesdays: Nov 19, Dec 3, 17 2024; Jan. 7, 21, and Feb 4, 2025: 6 sessions
TIME: 5PM - 7PM ET, 2 hours each
