Place. Setup your own simulated therapy space.
Attire. Bring "you" to therapy - dress as you would if you were going to a regular office.
Materials. Provide yourself with paper and pens for notes, have water or tea on hand, a box of tissues, and use headphones.
Distractions. Minimize foreseeable interruptions: snacking, eating, pets, children, deliveries, alarms, notifications and so on.
